Jackie Salazar, a senior marketing major and real estate minor in the David Nazarian College of Business and Economics, leveraged her involvement in CSUN’s Real Estate Club to land a summer job-shadowing opportunity at a local real estate firm and expand her professional network. Salazar spent part of her summer shadowing commercial real estate professionals at Marcus & Millichap, an experience she said helped her better understand potential career paths — and how strengths she’s developed as an undergraduate can translate to the workplace.
