Members of the Black Scholars Matter program celebrated Black History Month with a special event, “Radiating Black Excellence,” showcasing students’ talents in dance, vocal performance and spoken word. The presentation, which took place on February 20, 2026, in the University Student Union Grand Salon, also featured a welcome from program Director Theresa White, a student-led panel discussion and a fashion show.
